Organised by the European Commission, the Shipping Deputy Ministry of the Republic of Cyprus, and the Limassol Municipality, EMD2026 brings Europe’s maritime community together to network, exchange ideas, and advance sustainable blue economy initiatives.
EMD is Europe’s annual maritime event, bringing together ocean leaders, businesses, researchers, NGOs, policymakers, and citizens to discuss maritime affairs and the sustainable blue economy. Through keynote speakers, workshops, exhibitions, and networking opportunities, the event highlights the importance of Europe’s seas and promotes collaboration on marine and blue economy challenges.
