4th Annual Mission Ocean and Waters Forum

4th Annual Mission Ocean and Waters Forum
-
Brussels, Belgium

The 4th Annual Mission Ocean and Waters Forum will take place on 5 March 2026 at the Charlemagne Building in Brussels, as part of the European Ocean Days (2–6 March 2026).

This edition marks a significant milestone as the Mission enters its deployment phase. The Forum will showcase Mission achievements, present innovative solutions from funded projects, feature the EU Digital Twin of the Ocean, and highlight the role of citizen engagement in restoring our ocean and waters. Bringing together policymakers, scientists, businesses, NGOs, civil society and youth, the event serves as a central platform to strengthen collaboration and accelerate implementation of the Mission’s objectives. An exhibition space, digital posters, and interactive participation tools will further enrich the programme.

Why Join

The Forum offers a unique opportunity to connect with key stakeholders driving Europe’s ocean and water agenda. Participants will engage in high-level discussions on policy, scaling strategies and implementation, while discovering cutting-edge solutions and best practices emerging from Mission-funded initiatives. Taking place within the broader framework of the European Ocean Days, attendees can also join complementary events throughout the week — including stakeholder consultations, workshops and project exhibitions — expanding networking opportunities and strategic dialogue across research, innovation, governance and investment communities.
